Lilinks Sdn Bhd is a Malaysian advisory firm founded in 2020. We provide the strategic thinking, governance discipline, and management capacity that growing businesses need but don't always have in-house.
The name is built from its two founders — Li from Koay Li Wen, Lin from Kok Shin Lin — joined into a single link. Two names, one shared venture.
A chartered quantity surveyor turned serial entrepreneur, Shin Lin spent two decades in construction, façade engineering, and contracts — from Kuala Lumpur to Abu Dhabi — before building her own cluster of companies. Today she is also CEO of Susten, a sustainability advocate, and a Steward Leadership 25 honouree. Her philosophy: do more with less, and treat efficiency as a way of seeing.
Rachel is the planning-and-strategy other half of Lilinks. She partners with Shin Lin at the ground floor of every venture — shaping brand, structure, and the plans that turn an idea into a company. Behind the group's businesses are blueprints she helped author: the quiet, careful work of turning vision into something that runs.
